Fifteen Minute Tiramisu

Preparation


Quantity of ingredients varies depending on serving dish size used.


You will need at least one package of mascarpone and vanilla pudding.


  1. Soak Zwieback in espresso (strong coffee is sufficient if you do not have espresso).

  2. Mix mascarpone and vanilla pudding together; if needed, add sugar to taste.

  3. Spread the soaked Zwieback in the bottom of desired serving dish, top with a layer of the mascarpone and vanilla pudding mixture, place another layer of soaked Zwieback on top of this and top again with a layer of the mascarpone and vanilla pudding mixture.

  4. Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. Maybe decorated, or served with fresh berries if so desired.
